CC Returns to Service

CC is back with us and will feel familiar to most of you. A couple of things to note:

It has an overhauled engine fitted which is still completing it’s running in process. If it needs oil, use Straight 100 oil. There are a few plastic bottles of this oil available near the oil drum. Please record any uplift on the status board.

The tacho appears to be over-reading by 50 to 100 rpm, when you make the top of climb power reduction you will notice the rpm reaching the red line and then in the in descent use 2200 rpm. Use normal techniques.

It also has a Flarm unit fitted and the aircraft lighting is now within LED units at the tips and rudder. Select Strobe, Land and Taxi before flying. The 4th switch labelled Beacon, has been disabled.
